A basic Web Site design starts at $200.00 and up, based on your needs. We have qualified staff to provide you with the Web Presence that is best for your business. Web design services are billed at the rate of $60.00 per hour. Fixed price can be quoted to fit your budget. More extensive sites requiring specialized programming can be developed to fit your needs.

Programming

Specialized CGI programs, Database programming, Java Scripting, Java, Perl and PHP/MySQL programming services can also be provided. Fees for programming services range in cost from $75.00 to $95.00 per hour depending on the services required and the level of expertise needed to provide the solution you need.

Co-Location

Placing your server at our site provides you with the benefit of a fast 100 Megabit connection to our Internet backbone. If you have an extensive commercial site that requires specialized programming and you need those programs run on a computer that you can control, this option provides you with the necessary flexibility needed. Security and reliability are important and our site offers both.

Our fees for this service include one-time set-up charge of $200.00 to install your server at our site and the set-up of the routing and DNS entries. The monthly fee is $250.00 plus applicable taxes. Cost includes 10 Gigabytes of data transfer per month. Bandwidth overage is charged at the rate of $5.00 per Gigabyte per month. UPS, monitoring services and machine room access charges are not included. All access to machine room is escorted during office hours only.

Marketing

Horizon can assist you with your basic Internet Marketing needs. Cost to register your site with DMOZ.org and Google starts at $50.00. We can also assist with keyword and description meta tags that improve your web seachability. Please call us for details.
